Personnel Support

The most important responsibility of a school leader is to recruit and hire quality staff, which is the keystone for outstanding district and school programs. North Star will provide support to assist the district and special education leadership in the recruitment of staff at the central and building levels.

• Assist in the hiring of Pupil Personnel Administration including Assistant Superintendents, Directors and Assistant Directors. Which includes meeting with stakeholders to develop a profile of the candidate for each position, recruiting and screening of candidates.

• Mentoring of new Pupil Personnel leaders. We will provide individual coaching to meet the administrator’s individual needs and the day to day management of bustling special education and pupil personnel departments.

• Development of a strategic plan for continuous improvement.

• Hiring of Pupil Personnel staff ( OT, PT, Psychologist etc). Northstar will identify the most qualified candidates to fit your District requirements and needs and help in all facets of the hiring process.
